The box was completely damaged. But the product is good. It works on different modes but not too much effective.

Item looks like the description, can be used with one charge ~15 min, is for a small neck, otherwise is a good quality

Works pretty well but not the longest battery life but overall is a nice product. Doesn't deliver painful shocks like the smaller version, they are more controlled. As for the heat, it can feel pretty hot on the higher settings but i don't see that as a flaw as opposed to if it didn't get hot enough.
