The heating pad and controller work great. I can't give it a 5* rating because the cord and plug were packaged with the hand held controller unprotected from each other, resulting in the metal prongs scaring and scratching the black plastic face plate. It looks like it's a used product. That's unfortunate because it's a very nice heating pad.
